Order Processing & Shipping Times

Most in-stock orders ship within 3–5 business days.
All items are packed securely with bubble wrap and protective materials to help ensure the best condition possible upon arrival.

Shipping delivery times shown at checkout are estimates generated by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed by Mr. J’s Wonders, LLC.

Combined Orders

If multiple items are purchased in a single transaction, they will ship together in one shipment.

Missing, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.), responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

Mr. J’s Wonders is not responsible for:

  • Packages marked “Delivered” but not received
  • Stolen packages
  • Carrier misdelivery
  • Packages left at or taken from a mailbox, doorstep, lobby, or parcel locker
  • Packages misplaced by neighbors, building staff, or mailrooms

We strongly recommend choosing a secure delivery location.

If Your Tracking Says “Delivered” but You Did Not Receive It

Please check:

  1. Mailbox, porch, garage, and side or rear doors
  2. With neighbors or household members
  3. With building staff, leasing office, or mailroom
  4. Parcel lockers or package rooms
  5. Delivery photos (if provided by the carrier)
  6. Wait 24–48 hours, as carriers sometimes pre-scan packages early

If you still cannot locate your package, contact us within 72 hours of the delivery scan at mrjwonders01@gmail.com

We will open a carrier investigation on your behalf. Carrier investigations typically take 5–10 business days.

Resolution Process

After the carrier completes its investigation, possible resolutions include:

  • Replacement (if in stock)
  • Store credit
  • Refund (case-by-case review)

High-value or repeated claims may require a Non-Receipt Affidavit before any resolution is issued.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer cannot be refunded.

If the package is returned to us by the carrier, you may:

  • Pay for reshipment
  • Receive a refund minus original shipping costs
