SHIPPING

Most in stock orders ship within 3-5 business days.

All items are packed with care using bubble wrap and protective materials to help ensure the best condition possible upon arrival.

Shipping Times

All delivery timelines shown at checkout are carrier-generated estimates and not guaranteed by Mr. J’s Wonders, LLC.

Combined Orders

Orders ship together if purchased in a single checkout transaction. NO EXCEPTIONS

MISSING, LOST, OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.), responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

We are not responsible for packages that are:

  • Marked as delivered but not received
  • Stolen after delivery
  • Delivered to the wrong location by the carrier
  • Misplaced by neighbors, building staff, or mailrooms

If Your Tracking Says “Delivered” but You Did Not Receive It

Please check:

  1. Your mailbox, porch, garage, and side/rear doors
  2. With neighbors or household members
  3. With your leasing office, concierge, or building mailroom
  4. Parcel lockers or delivery boxes
  5. Delivery photos (if provided by the carrier)
  6. Wait 24–48 hours (carriers sometimes pre-scan packages early)

If still missing, contact us within 72 hours of the delivery scan at mrjwonders01@gmail.com

We will open a carrier investigation. Carrier investigations take 5–10 business days.

Resolution Process

After the carrier completes its investigation, we will review your case and determine the appropriate resolution:

  • Replacement (if inventory is available)
  • Store credit
  • Refund (case-by-case)

High-value claims may require a Non-Receipt Affidavit before a replacement or refund is issued.

RETURNS

We do not accept returns due to figure swapping and fraudulent returns.

We are not responsible for manufacturer defects, paint variations, or packaging flaws that occur during production. For manufacturer defects, please contact the manufacturer directly.

REFUNDS

Refunds follow this structure:

  • In-Stock Items: 15% cancellation fee for order cancellations
    (This fee covers payment processing and administrative costs.)

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time varies by card issuer.

INCORRECT ADDRESS POLICY

Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer cannot be refunded.

If the carrier returns the package to us, you may:

  • Pay for reshipment
  • Request a refund minus shipping costs
